Selling with Dixon & Co at auction

Let us take the strain...

We visit your property and complete a free valuation along with advice from our experienced valuers.

If you decide to go ahead you will need to pay a Listing Fee £300 plus VAT and we will photograph and list your property for you ready for the next auction date.

You can elect a solicitor or we can take care of your legal pack and EPC if required. These costs are to be individually quoted at the time of instruction.

We will conduct viewings and communicate with you the level of interest in your property throughout the listing weeks.

Pre auction offers will be immediately relayed to you.

On the Auction night, we will auction your property under RICS rules and if your minimum guide price is met the property will be sold on the night under the hammer.

A 1% fee is due on completion (we have no minimum fee)

28 day completion will take place under the guidance of your chosen solicitor.
